At request of her sister, 42 year old Cate agrees to a photoshoot for a erotic romance cover with the much younger Bo.
Olivia Brynn dives right in the story without much prelude, which captures you from the very start and won't let you put the book down. The sparks are flying between Cate and Bo and watching her insecurity mingle with his confidence will keep you tied to the book until you finish it.
The only drawback is that it is rather short, but definitely worth it.
What a wonderful idea - a romance cover boy and girl getting it together, and with the hero being thought of as gay, and she being way older than him. However everything was jammed so very tightly into the plotline... The story deserved a full-length book with ups and downs, and a crisis or two. Outsiders should have voiced thoughts about the age difference, and our heroine might even have wondered for a longer time if her cover boy truly was gay. Again, this short story should have been allowed to run its course as a full length novel.

Well, Cate Roberts gets to live out that fantasy when her younger sister Zoe talks her into posing for the cover of her new book - Four Seasons - as Cassandra, the heroine. Bo Gaddis, the current romance novel cover heartthrob is going to be posing as Lucas, the hero of the story.
Cover Story is a tastefully written and incredibly hot short story that has you turning the pages to find out where the fantasy takes Cate. It is very sensual and I thoroughly enjoyed it. You'll find yourself wanting to read it again - preferably with a partner nearby! Fans of contemporary erotic romance are going to love this one.
